Directed by George Miller and starring Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Pfeiffer as the titular coven, THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK (1987) features the contributions of two AFI Life Achievement Award honorees – co-star Jack Nicholson and composer John Williams. The film was produced by Neil Canton, who educated the next generation of storytellers for more than a decade as the head of the AFI Conservatory’s producing program.
