See Audi’s #DriveProgress Installation Celebrating Female Filmmakers at AFI FEST 2018

Long before the world woke to the imperative of more women filmmakers, Audi’s message was about igniting the development and mentoring of the next generation of female leaders, working across industries and age groups to ensure everyone has a fair shot.

AFI and Audi celebrate, embrace and recognize the change happening within the industry — more women in leadership positions, more opportunities for women in filmmaking and more recognition of women behind the scenes.

To drive this message, Audi has created a compelling installation to honor over 200 female filmmakers. Guests of AFI FEST, as well as those visiting Hollywood Boulevard, will see the projected #DriveProgress installation honoring the female filmmakers part of the festival’s lineup and of the AFI Conservatory, lighting up the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. This year’s festival features over 65 films directed by women, representing 48% of the festival’s films.

The content will illuminate the hotel every night from 6p.m. to 11 p.m. PST.
