Awards season is in full swing with the Hollywood Guilds recently announcing their nominations for the best film and TV work of the year. Often a precursor for the Academy Award® nominees announcement – set for February 8 this year, the Guild Awards signify overall excellence and are annually bestowed by the American Cinema Editors (ACE), Art Directors Guild (ADG), American Society of Cinematographers (ASC), Directors Guild of America (DGA), Producers Guild of America (PGA)* and Writers Guild of America (WGA). The award winners will be announced later in March. Check out the remarkable work created by AFI Alumni that was recognized by the Guilds this year.
