Adapted from author Walter Mosley’s novel of the same name, DEVIL IN A BLUE DRESS (1995) follows World War I veteran Ezekiel “Easy” Rawlins as he navigates 1940s Los Angeles – taking work as it comes to him, even when he finds himself in over his head after investigating the disappearance of missing woman played by Jennifer Beals.
