AFI DOCS 2021: Eating Bugs

We know now that eating bugs can save the planet, but can you imagine what that industry might look like? These two incredible and extremely different short films take you inside these bug farms, one in Florida and the other in Uganda, to present beautiful depictions of community and culture centered around insect farming. The squeamish can be reassured, these insects are farmed with love.
