The Directors Series was a series of documentaries produced in the 1990s and 2000s, each focusing on the cinematic world and contribution of a particular contemporary director, such as Martin Scorsese, George Romero, Penny Marshall, Nora Ephron, Carl Franklin, among others. Featuring interviews by collaborators, stars and the directors themselves, not only are the produced series included in our holdings but also the raw interviews as well.
