CONGRATULATIONS!

We are honored to be celebrating the work of your creative ensemble among the honorees of AFI AWARDS 2020.

It has been tradition to hand each member of the creative team a framed certificate at the AFI AWARDS event.  Due to COVID, this year we will provide up to 10 framed AFI AWARDS certificates at your request.  Should you wish to receive more than 10 framed certificates, there will be a fee of $150 per item including shipping.  AFI reserves the right to approve the name of the person receiving the certificate.

Please ensure spelling is correct as reprints will cost $150.

All names must be provided by Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

Creative Ensemble Attending

AFI COVID PROTOCOL:
Safety is AFI’s top priority. As such, we are requiring all guests and anyone entering the AFI AWARDS check-in area at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel to provide proof of full vaccination as well as a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event.

Each honoree table is financially responsible for screening their own guests – and for everyone’s health and safety and adhering to the PCR testing protocols, we cannot accommodate any last-minute changes on behalf of either guests or reps.

Additional Certificates

You may purchase additional AFI AWARDS certificates for $225 per certificate.

All certificate orders (for those attending and not attending the event) submitted by Tuesday, March 1, 2022 will be available for pick-up at the AFI AWARDS celebration on Friday, March 11 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

Orders for certificates can be made after the deadline date but will be available for pick-up after March 16 at the American Film Institute.

Due to COVID protocols, AFI is open to guests by reservation only - please contact Rob Mydlo at [email protected] to schedule a pick-up.

Final note, AFI reserves the right to approve names of any person requesting a certificate. Please ensure spelling is correct, as reprints will cost $225.
