In this Harold Lloyd Master Seminar moderated by Edward Ashley, Cicely Tyson discusses with AFI Fellows the important historical roles she’s played, such as Coretta Scott King and Jane Pittman, as well as stage performances and her views on the craft of acting.
Tyson graduated from AFI’s Directing Workshop for Women in 1977 and received an Honorary Degree from the AFI Conservatory in 2014.
