Vilė, a small-town girl, moves to the city hoping to attend the local university and unexpectedly finds herself immersed in the burgeoning anarchy scene. Looking to escape the confines of her oppressive aunt's apartment, she tries to assert her independence and find her own place. Her new landlord, Sandra, a boyish punk rocker, introduces her to the underground world, taking her along to punk rock shows and teaching her to steal cars. Desperate to fit in, she hits the library and studies "The Anarchist Cookbook" and other seminal titles only to come to the shocking realization that Sandra is not all she seems.
