The latest film from Fernando León de Aranoa (PRINCESAS, MONDAYS IN THE SUN) continues the director's exploration of hard-working people on the margins of society. Bolivian Marcela (Peruvian actress Magaly Solier, THE MILK OF SORROW, MADEINUSA) and her boyfriend, Nelson (Pietro Sibille), eke out an existence as flower sellers in Madrid. Desperate to improve her life, Marcela takes a job as an attendant for bedridden retiree Amador (Celso Bugallo), whose gruff exterior hides a good heart. When Amador suddenly dies, Marcela is faced with a difficult choice, one with a blackly comic solution. Official Selection, 2011 Berlin, Seattle and Sidney Film Festivals.
