Official Oscar Selections for 2005 include MOTHER OF MINE (Finland), OBABA (Spain) and SOMETHING LIKE HAPPINESS (Czech Republic).
- Films in the EU Showcase slated for US commercial distribution in the fall/winter of 2006 include THE LIVES OF OTHERS (Sony Pictures Classics), STARTER FOR TEN (Picturehouse), Closing Night film, THE HISTORY BOYS (Fox Searchlight), AFTER THE WEDDING (IFC), and REQUIEM (IFC First Take).
