AFI FEST presented by Audi is the longest-running film festival in Los Angeles and one of the most influential in North America. The Festival hosts over 60 films from more than 30 countries with hundreds of international artists and members of the film community attending.
AFI FEST 2010 is looking for volunteers to help with theater operations, special events, video production, translation, guest services, etc. Help us celebrate international cinema and honor American film.
Volunteering at AFI FEST is an opportunity to put your talents to good use, learn new skills, make friends and take part in a truly collaborative project where every individual's best effort makes a real difference.

Upon completion of your registration application, you will receive an email with your Shiftboard password. You will be assigned to a team and notified via email once your application is reviewed. You may then log on to Shiftboard and begin scheduling your volunteer shifts immediately!
Volunteer Orientations
As a volunteer, you are required to attend an orientation on either Saturday, October 23, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m., or Tuesday, October 26, from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (both will be at the Mark Goodson Theater on the AFI Campus). The orientation is when you will meet the AFI FEST staff, have a chance to schedule any remaining shifts and meet your fellow volunteers. Again, attendance to one of these orientations is mandatory.
2010 Volunteer Guidelines
All volunteers are responsible for following all of the guidelines in the 2010 Volunteer Guide.

read them thoroughly.
