Your job title is Presentations & Tribute Producer Ð but who are you really? I'm just another filmmaker who loves cinema.

Job titles aren't very descriptive, and the festival would obviously fall apart without you. What do you really do around here? My main job during the film festival, is making sure that every single filmmaker at AFI FEST 2007 presented by Audi has the best possible screening presentation (Digital & 35mm) at every venue. It is Hollywood, the entertainment capital of the world, it would be disappointing if film festivals in Hollywood or in L.A. can't deliver in its presentation value. So, that's why I'm here, to make sure of everything looks great.

Why do you work for AFI Fest? At first, I thought it was "A Fire Inside" music festival. I'm joking. I work for AFI FEST, cause I like movies, and I like the fact that AFI FEST treats their filmmakers like first-class citizens. What's your favorite thing about the fest? Meeting all the filmmakers and being able to hear their production stories.

What's one movie you're really looking forward to? Actually, I'm excited for all the films. Out of all my years with AFI FEST, I'm very much impressed with this year's lineup. I want to see them all, and hopefully I will... from the projection booth. But I'm a big fan of experimental filmmaking, and if I was forced to watch one film at the festival, I would go see Jennifer Reeves' LIGHT WORK MOOD DISORDER & HE WALKED AWAY.

After this is all over, what's the first thing you're going to do? The very first thing I'm going to do, once the whole festival is over... probably find a place to practice my dance skills and while I'm at it, some karaoke.
