Film Characters pop off the screen

By MICHELLE PASTER, Daily News Managing Editor

Superheroes, a big rig, nurses and a track team in retro jogging suits: What do these all have in common? They're unique ways to bring films to moviegoers. Something different. The big screen brought to life.

If you spot a cape or suddenly think you are in a hospital, you are not alone. The documentary film, CONFESSIONS OF A SUPERHERO, directed by Matt Ogens brings Superman and surprise heroes from the film to fi ght crime around the ArcLight and Rooftop Village.

Jeffrey Schwarz brings a team of nurses who'll take care of your insurance needs before seeing SPINE TINGLER! THE WILLIAM CASTLE STORY about the famous director-cum-showman.

Don't be shocked if you see a team of joggers whiz by in tight shorts and skimpy shirts right out of the 1980s - they represent JUNO, the centerpiece gala film.

And don't get mad if there's an 18-wheeler taking up your favorite parking space on Sunset, it's for Doug Prey director of the film BIG RIG. Maybe you can con him into giving you a ride back to your car.
