REDUCED ADMISSION TICKETS
Students and seniors receive reduced rate tickets to AFI FEST 2004. Members in good standing with the following organizations are also eligible for reduced rate tickets: IDA, LACard, American Cinematheque, IFP, DGA, PGA, SAG, WGA, WIF, AMPAS, AFMA, LACMA, Norton Simon, Stella Adler and Skirball Cultural Center. Proof of organization membership and/or valid ID is required at time of ticket pick-up.

Box Office will open October 15 for individual ticket sales.

For phone and online ordering, please note the following:

* Day-of-show tickets cannot be ordered via phone or online. Tickets must be ordered by 7:00 p.m. the day before the date of the screening.
* There is a $2.50 service fee per order.
* Ticket orders can be picked up at the AFI FEST 2004 Box Office, located in the ArcLight Hollywood courtyard. Photo ID and credit card is required at time of pick-up.

DAY-OF-SHOW TICKET PURCHASING
Day-of-show tickets for all screenings may be purchased at the AFI FEST 2004 Box Office only.

SELL-OUTS AND RUSH TICKETS
Even though a screening may be sold out, there are usually a number of rush tickets available at the AFI FEST 2004 Box Office located at the ArcLight Hollywood. Rush tickets are available at the Box Office one hour prior to the sold-out screening. Cash only is accepted for rush tickets. If you do not gain admission to the screening, return immediately to the Box Office for a refund. You must present the rush ticket in order to receive a refund.

PASS PICK-UP
Passes ordered online, by phone, fax, or mail-in can be picked up starting October 28, 2004, at the AFI FEST 2004 Box Office located in the Courtyard of ArcLight Hollywood. Passes must be picked up in person and you must bring a photo ID. Passes will not be mailed.

TICKET PICK-UP AND WILL CALL
We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to the screening to allow enough time to park and pick-up your tickets. We have a strict policy of being seated 15 minutes prior to screening time to guarantee a seat.

TICKETING POLICY
All sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges. You must be seated 15 minutes prior to screening time to guarantee a seat. There will be no late seating. Films not in English are presented in their original language with English subtitles, except where otherwise stated. Festival films are not rated; parents need to exercise discretion. Please read synopses carefully. Some screening times overlap, please note running times carefully.
