TICKET WILL-CALL BEFORE THE FESTIVAL
Purchase tickets in person at the Main Box Office and walk out the door with them in your pocket. Avoid long lines and pick up your tickets purchased online or over the phone before the Festival, between October 8 and October 29. Either way, come into the Hollywood & Highland Main Box Office and receive one complimentary regular screening voucher.

TICKET WILL-CALL DURING THE FESTIVAL
Starting October 30, your tickets will be held at the venue of your first screening. If your first screening is at the ArcLight, you can pick up your tickets at the AFI Box Office in front of the Cinerama Dome. If your first screening takes place at Mann 6, your tickets will be held at the Main Box Office at Hollywood & Highland.

SAME-DAY SALES
Same-day ticket sales are available exclusively at the screening-venue Box Office, depending on availability. Same-day tickets will not be sold over the phone or online.

REGULAR-SCREENING RUSH TICKET SALES
Screenings for which advance tickets are no longer available will be listed as "Rush Line." The Rush Line has become an AFI FEST tradition, and each year hundreds of Festivalgoers see popular films without advance tickets. Just go directly to the Box Office at the theater of the screening you wish to attend. Arrive one hour before the scheduled screening time to pick up your Rush Line number (one per person). Once you have your number, you do not need to wait in line, but you must return no later than 15 minutes before the screening time. You'll then line up according to number, and tickets are sold in sequential order on a space-available basis. Rush Line tickets are cash only; admission is not guaranteed.

THE FINE PRINT
Seating is only guaranteed until 15 minutes before screening. No late seating.

No refunds or exchanges are given, except in the case of program cancellations.

All programs, Festival filmmakers and special guests are subject to change without notice.

Film length, as listed in the program, represents the best available information at press time. Length of film does not include introductions or Q&A sessions after the screening.

Cameras, camera phones and recording devices are not permitted in the theater. Please silence all cellular phones, pagers and watches when in the theater.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be in your seat 15 minutes before scheduled screening time, or admittance cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or exchanges are given, except in the case of program cancellations.
