Enigmatic and mesmerizing, this is a tale of two young men, Sebastián, a runaway hiding at his father's hacienda in the Pampas, and Juan, who has been sent to spy on him for his parents. Juan soon becomes immersed in Sebastián's hidden world, and the sinister bond that forms between them puts their lives in jeopardy. Based on an unfinished screenplay by María Luisa Bemberg, this sensual and sometimes surreal film is dedicated to her.
