This witty ensemble comedy about the lives of televison writers in Hollywood, boasts an all-star cast including Stephen Rea, Illeana Douglas, John Ritter, Tom Arnold, Ryan O'Neal, Lisa Kudrow, Olivia D'Abo and Jason Priestley. Brian is suffering from writer's block. It has been a year now since his nervous breakdown. He has just been named head writer of a new television drama and needs 6 storylines by the end of the week. At their weekly poker game, his unemployed TV scribe buddies are angling for the writing gig. At that moment, Brian witnesses a confrontation between a man and a woman at the Chateau Marmont Hotel next door, hearing a woman scream. After sharing this event with his friends, each tries to concoct a different scenario to the mysterious event. Can this be the key to some great stories for the new show?
