BEST MAN

Twenty years ago, Ira Wohl won an Academy Award for his documentary BEST BOY, which examined the life of his then fifty-year-old, mentally retarded cousin Philly. Philly had always lived at home with his parents, but at that time began a four year journey toward greater independence, ultimately moving into a group residence. As gloriously moving as its predecessor, BEST MAN examines Philly's life as it is today.
