Summary: Breezy, a kindly but illiterate tramp, accompanied by a boy, Sonny, and a dog, hops off a freight train in a health resort, and there he is mistaken for a German masseur by a sanitarium proprietor. Breezy discovers that the hotel owner, Cyrus, has stolen the mineral spring from a boardinghouse keeper, and he succeeds in restoring her property to her.
