PERFECT CRIME —Wegelius Television (Denmark) — Henrik Neilsen
Production Team: Wegelius Television, Razorfish, NY, Planet Theory and NBC.

From Wegelius Television, Denmark, THE PERFECT CRIME challenge show puts a group of three "agents" into Gemini Towers, a fictional skyscraper owned by a criminal organization in Denmark. The agents must infiltrate the building and, working together, pass 6 missions that involve a combination of physical skills, mental challenges and trivia to gain access to the vault. The more missions the agents accomplish, the easier it will be for them to break the twelve letter code that protects the vault, and the more time they will have to get to the money inside the vault. Once the agents access the vault, it's each man for himself; the agents compete against each other to see who can collect the most money and survive two elimination rounds, with the last remaining agent being named the winner of THE PERFECT CRIME.

Razorfish N.Y., Planet Theory and NBC engineered the 'viewsers' into the game with the TV contestants as "hackers" who have broken into the same computer/ surveillance system used by the gamers. The viewser is able to get more information on the contestants, details of the six missions, the status of the game, and more info on the game's background. Computer-style design elements in the form of coded text and stylized graphics prompt players to wager on the outcome of certain missions throughout the course of the show. The scores are tabulated as enhancements, and accumulate over the course of the broadcast season on a destination web site. These scores will be and may be used to win prizes, track friends' performances, or create user groups to play along with.
