I LOVE LUCY

TV LAND makes it possible for TV audiences to fall in love with favorite shows all over again. The prototype team proposes a channel programming block called "Interactive Thursdays," featuring "Munsters Mosh Pit," "Being with Beaver," "On Patrol with Andy," and, of course, "Living with Lucy." The weekly interactive line-up would challenge participants to test their knowledge of show lore and trivia, historical facts, and sometimes the technical achievements of television itself.

Fans of I LOVE LUCY are invited to take part in "Job Switching," one of the most-loved LUCY episodes, using their TV, their PC and their nose! The prototype, created for multiple platforms, beckons viewers to get involved in Lucy's hilarious hi-jinks with "Did You Know?" trivia questions, pop quizzes, interactive games and direct access to specialty merchandise. The TV Land brand is extended with a custom branded player filled with video, audio and much more. Video-on-demand rounds out a complete viewing experience with offerings including TV Land's collection of classic commercials, called "Retromercials," and behind-the-scenes clips. A targeted postcard campaign will distribute sponsored "Smell-O-Vision" scratch n' sniff cards a la John Waters' "Odorama" to further enhance the broadcast.
