MOVING IMAGE ARTS.
At the world-renowned AFI Conservatory, a program of the
American Film Institute, filmmakers from around the world
are mentored by a ded i ca t ed group o f wor k i ng
professionals from film and television in a hands-on,
production-based environment.
With an emphasis on narrative visual storytelling and personal
expression, each class breaks into teams that mirror a
professional film production. Those teams collaborate on and
produce more films than any other post-graduate film program.
Since 1969, over 4,300 artists have graduated from the
AFI Conservatory. Their collective work is a promise
fulfilled — to educate the next generation of filmmakers.
AFI relies on your generosity to help fund its programs
