AFI FEST 2012 FILM SUBMISSIONS

Thank you for your interest in submitting your film to AFI FEST 2012. Submissions are now open and filmmakers are invited to submit narrative, documentary, experimental, animated and short films for consideration.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences recognizes AFI FEST as a qualifying festival for the Short Films category of the annual Academy Awards and AFI FEST is still the only film festival in the United States to hold the prestigious FIAPF accreditation, assuring a high standard of quality and reliability for the international film community.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES

Short Films (under 30 minutes): July 27, 2012, $50 submission fee
Feature-length Films: August 10, 2012, $70 submission fee
