This year, the American Film Market (AFM) hosts 54 of the 147 films screening at AFI FEST presented by Audi, a record for the partnership between the concurrent events.

Of the 54 shared titles, 24 films screen both places, at AFM in Santa Monica and at AFI FEST in Hollywood. Other shared films are represented by sales agents at AFM while their screenings take place only at AFI FEST.

Free shuttles carry AFM badge-holders and AFI FEST pass-holders between the events November 1-8.

Since the formation of their strategic partnership in 2004, AFM and AFI FEST have become the largest gathering of film professionals - and the only concurrent market-festival film event - in North America.

In 2006, AFM (americanfilmmarket.com) is November 1-8, headquartered at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. AFI FEST (www.AFI.com) takes place November 1-12, headquartered at ArcLight Cinemas Hollywood.
